Nokia model no : - 5233
Not functioning

Dear sir,

I purchased one handset Nokia model no : - 5233 on 19 feb from M/s future value retail ltd. tilak nagar kanpur. The set number is 358321031850926 (IMEI No). The handset did not function from the very next day. I visited the showroom once again who asked me to go to the service center M/s Gupta Associate, 16 Vaishali sector 4 ghaziabad. I am permanently staying at Indrapuram ghaziabad. The service center could not repair the set and inturn blamed me for the malfunctioning of the set by saying that I have dropped the set and so is the reason for malfunctioning. I had lot of faith in Nokia, the company as such because of its reputation and high standard of quality control. To my surprise i am finding that i was wrong and my faith in this brand is loosing confidence. i will request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
