Which is having touchscreen issue, I had visited following nokia care center

I had been informed by nokia care attendant at andheri, phone is under warranty and by replacing touch pad will resolved this issue. but it has been seven days, since then i am getting inputs as they are running zero spare for touch pad also after that i visited another nokia care center

there i came to know one pin of connector is bend, which voids my warranty and i will have to pay Rs 1250 for it
My Questions: does nokia maintaining quality work at nokia care centre? and why there is so much delay in arranging spare of touch pad?
appreciate if you could provide escalation matrix at nokia to speed up the proccess.
