Irresponcibilty of nokia care

Dear Sir,

This is to bring your attention towards nokia care center of jail road. My N73 m mobile phone has sum problem regarding its display, sound and camera flash. I gave my phone to nokia care and told them the problem. after about they gave my phone back with all feature dead. i have already paid around Rs 3000 for it, i gave my phone back to dem asking them to replace in wat condition it was before.again afer long time they neither gave my phone back nor they are picking up their phone.

please pay attention over it otherwise i will have go to consumer court.
