My name is Prem. I bought my N79 from Univercell, with Cell Insurance.. My phone used to get off automatically, once in a week or so. After five months this rate of switching off increased. i complained at Nokia Care Centre (NCC) Ambatore. They told they wil rectify it. I got it back. it again had the same problem. It also added a problem, and that was with the bluetooth connectivity. tat problem also persisted. I kept giving it to tat NCC. then to different NCC (Ambatore, Gemini, Tambaram). But i never gave it to an unauthorised service centre. finally i gave it to Tambaram NCC. they returned it tellin IT CANT BE REPAIRED., and asked me to claim it from Univercell. I asked them, if the manufacturer cannot repair, who else will do it. They were answer less. My warranty/Guarentee is Expiring on dec 15th. Please Help!!
