I have purchased a nokia N8 on 21 nov and on using the GPRS and internet on the device, the phone is getting restarted. My request to resove the problem to Nokia and the Mobile store from where I have purchased the phone has fallen on deaf ears. They are just passing the time away and keep on extending the time limit for the resolution. And on speaking to the customer care of the Mobile store; an extra charge of 15% will be levied if I plan to return the device. As per them I will have to buy a new phone in exchange of that phone of the same cost and 15% of the cost will be deducted as a penalty. I mean why the hell should I pay the penalty due to incompetency of the device.
