I bought a new Nokia N96 in April in New Delhi. Within a week its display has gone. Then I got it replaced. The phone was working good for less than half an hour, Then it got switched off. Thats it. Phone is dead. I got it replaced again. Now I am using 5th replaced Nokia N96. It frequently hangs and restarts automatically and at times half of the screen display is gone. Nokia is refusing to give the cashback.
So what can i do now? I lost the reliability on this model and I am not interested in replacing it with any other Nokia models. Can i go to the consumer court for these problems? If so, then how can I approach the consumer court? Please tell me some remedies for this problem (I have shifted to chennai now).
