NOt working

Hi! I have bought Nokia N97 on Aug. currently my cell is not working and hangs after every call i receive and takes too long to open received message. The colour of hand set is also faded and when i mailed Nokia i have not received any response. I request you to please let me know how can i contact Nokia..
