Mobilephone is not working since purchase.it is in the warranty periods

i dr.anil gupta purchase nokia N97 mobile phone on dated 20-10.after 3 month, handset is not working. I deposited the phone in nokia care centre venous communiction ashok vihar delhi, they rtepair the phone and give it to me back. After one month phone had similar problem, they again corrected it.

This problem occur repeatedly and till date mob.phone is in nokia care centre.

nokia people niether replace my phone nor give any proper answer.
