I had sent NOKIA a email on 24/02 regarding complaint of my Mobile Nokia 5130 XpressMusic after that I gave the Mobile for repairs to their Lajpat Nagar, NOKIA CARE CENTER, New Delhi once in the month of March, Two Times in the month of June and Now today the 2nd July.
Today when I visited your Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi Nokia Care Centre front Office CCO, Miss Seema behaved me in a very strange manner and she does allow me to meet her seniors. Please let me know to whom should I approach for my grievances.
I would like to know how many times will I go for repairs of Mobile which is giving prolems since I purchased it.
It is not justified from a company like yours.
