Modem not working

I had purchase Nokia 5230 before 11 months.

Now it is having some connectivity related issue in its modem.

When I connect my mobile with computer through Ovi / PC Suit for internet browsing, the data flow (Sent-Received) is getting stop within 5 to 10 minutes even the status show connect in both phone and computer.

I have used three mobile operators (Airtel, TATA Docomo and BSNL) in front of Nokia Care manager to resolve the issue but the problem is still there. As it is the PCB related issue.

On my first visit of Nokia Care, they upgrade my software version and told me that this is your mobile operator problem.

On my second and third visit of Nokia Care, they understood my problem by internet browsing and sent the phone to Nokia repair center. After 9 days I got my mobile back with the same problem, so I resubmitted to the same care center.

Now I don't want to go to Consumer Court for this unsatisfaction and I hope this time my problem will get resolved.
