Dear Sir,
Since day 1 of purchase of Nokia SuperNova 7210 from Transcell Solutions and Services Jayanagar 3rd block on 29th jan we are having battery backup losage and we complained them and we made a exchange of that set and got a new set. But with the new set also we were having the same problem and Transcell Solutions asked us to contact Nokia Care which is in Hosur Main road. They told that it was a Software problem and reloaded the Software. But since then we are having the same problem and this is the Fourth time we are reloading the software. So i kindly request you to take action against this problem and if possible we want an exchange of the set with a new one.
