I bought a new mobile on august (nokia X3). Last week my mobile got switched off regularly after 1 or 2 mins. I gave to nokia care for service (mobile is only 3 months old which is under guarantee). After inspection they told water had gone inside and that was the cause of problem. (They showed me some specific areas saying it is water mark. I'm not a technical person to validate it is water mark or not). And they said mobile is out of warranty for these kind of issues.
Then they charged me 310rs for auto off problem.
After a day they call me again saying there is some other problem (images not opening which is a software problem and could not be caused by water)
I have no knowledge of this new problem. everything was fine except auto off problem but they created this new one
Then they ask for another 350 for solving this images problem.
The mobile is under warranty and its only 3 months old.
