Product was not working

I Bought All in One Remore Control from Ojjas Lifestyle (100168) Through Indiatimes Online Shopping.

1st Issue: I received a Product which was not seen in Web Site. Its different one.

2nd Issue: It was not working fine. I have TCL Television and LG DVD Player. I tried so much of Codes as per they Provide in the Instruction Manual. Also you mentioned that the Remote will works in TCL and LG.

Kindly give me a Solution for my Issues otherwise please taken back the Product.
