This is to inform you that I had order some product online with Rediff shopping. But out of that one of product I had received defective. The product is Mobile phone which not getting charge nor USB data cable is Connecting to PC. So kindly look in the matter very urgently.

Regarding above said product I had informed to Rediff shopping and also Ojjas enterprise too with the tele calling. After tele-conversation with both the parties, Rediff Shopping executive told me send the mail and Ojjas person told me send the said product by courier for replacement.
