I had purchased an okaya battery from a dealer 36 months warranty instead i got a differnt battery and a differnt warranty card on asking the dealer he clains that okaya and mtek are one and the same the bill has a differnt battery model and the one which i got is differnt. I had paid for 36 months warranty one of okaya. Everyone is giving his or own explanation... i want immediate refund of my money and will go on for other trusted name as i have no faith left in ojaya
