Olympus (T-100-12MP Digital Camera)
Missing Accessarie

Hi Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased a digital camera of Olympus T-100 (12 MP) by HomeShop18 (online) and got it at last 22nd of March by courier.

But when I opened the box, I could not found the memory card with all the accessories. Than I called there customer care within 15 minute of receiving and told them about this concern and got a complained number as 3918468. After that I was waiting for there response but could not found any response from them and mean while I called in customer care many time but I could not get positive response from them.

I have paid (Rs. 6, 000) them by credit card on 15th of March for this product online.

I am vary disappointed and tired with this thing.
