Defective Product Sold

Dear Sir,

I had Purchased Onida 01 Ton AC From Ashoka Trading Co. Shop no. 46-47, Sector-16 Market, Faridabad on 04/09.They had supplied defective piece, Its front grill is damaged. Despite of several telephonic complaints no action is taken till date.

Plz take some step against the shopkeeper, so that my product can be replaced.
