Now the time has come when the Philips has lost his identity in market which is known for service & quality product. we recently bought a Philips Home theatre from Croma Pacifica Mall. After that our pain full story start.
1.First after making so many a person is turns up after 3 days to Installed it.
2.At the time of opening the package he found some items are broken but the units work. We say ok and go ahead.
3.After Installation engineer told us that there is some manufacturing problem and they are going to replace the unit very soon but after making so many calls nobody turn up.
4.After some days another person will come up & instead of replacing the faulty unit he told that there some problem with Software & this need to update but nothing will done.
We requested all the concerns to replace the unit but all is vain. The behavior of service centre in charge Mr. sanjeev belongs to Raj nagar Service centre even not having the sense to how to speak with women’s.
Now We are going to file a complaint with consumer cell for ditching us & harassment to my wife.
