Phillips Hi- Fi music system was purchased from Reliance Web world, Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad, a complaint was lodged after the system stopped functioning and the conpany send a representative of their authorised agency, who took the system for repair on 31st December.
Despite repeated reminders and requests, the repir/service agency is not repairing or returning the music system even after after 2 months 4 days, there is no response or reversal, despite a complaint lodged at the phillips website one month after the repair agency did not respond
