I bought a gyser at Kolkata Bajaj Electrical make on 26th February. THis had two years warranty. Last one months i.e. within 7 months it started leaking. Filed a complian with comapny customer care . ref complain no- 1894183. A technician visited and adviced gyser to be sent to service centre. I did so on 23rd April. Now its almost a month there is no news. No one pick up the phone and in case i send a person to service certre they say it will take time. Hope it will be delivred back in Summer only. Please help I feel cheated and hope a company like Bajaj should immediately withdraw itself from electrical product range if they cannot mainatain a service line. Thanks
