Repairing of Vacuum Cleane

I have a Euroclean vacuum cleaner Euroclean ACE. The place where the hose pipe for blowing air is fitted is damaged. When contacted the local dealer in October they told to replace the body EC-JET BODY which I agreed but till date that part is not made available to Sambalpur Office.
