Hello Sir/Mam,

I am Ankur Srivastava from Lucknow in U.P... i perchased nokia lumia smart phone worth Rs. 15250 in aprill last. But in few days i got dat set was having issue of typing and hanging... i complaint to nokia service center they sent my phone to head office for 15 days .. After got my set again i felt dat issue was not solve and then again i submit my phone to nokia and they again sent it to head office for 15 days... now i m still having problem and at present time they sent my phone to headoffice 4 times and giving me not any solution... i asked them for Refund ot provide me any other set model but there is nobody who listen my complain and solve it .. even two time i sent mail for status but nokia company did give me any revert mail and just only giving me sympathy.. plz help me
