"Assigned to Vendor" status

I was ordered a Iball Slide 3G 7334 Tablet from Indiaplaza.com on 31st Dec they have debited my account on the same day. Also at the time of booking there web side show that product is in stock and will deliever in 3 Days working days.

But they have not shipped the product yet, also when i check the status on their website it shows as "Assigned to Vendor" status, So, I have logged a ticket on their website for the delay but no reply.

Meanwhile From dayone i called their customer care numbers everyday for follow up, every time they will put me on hold for minimum 15 minutes and finally they said, definetly product will be deliever in time, etc.,

Today Evening 4:45 PM i called their customer care numbers and ask him for delievery then suddenly they reply that product is out of stock and will be delieveryed after one or Two weeks.

At the time of Product booking Product is in stock but after 5 days at time of delievery they suddenly say product is out of stock... i fill that they cheat me.

Have spend a lot by making calls and order the product on Indiaplaza.com, Don't know whom to escalate this issue.

That's why i am posting my complain here,
