I purchased a HTC desire x on 1st jan in sangeetha jayanagar 9th block.the phone was faulty which they knew while selling it to me but still sold it to me.with the wrong bill.they have billed 8 gb memory card where as they have given me 4 gb memory card .when i asked them they stared with all sorts of stories and all.so i just left .after using it for 2 days i came to know about the problem and went back & they refused to change the phone.so i had to get a certificate which took me 2 more days.and somehow they exchanged the phone.then they refused to give me the bill for the new phone.i had to go to there store for about 7 times to get the bill with the same memory card mistake again.according to me they are suppose to give me 8gb card where in they are cheating the customers with the 4 gb card. the people who work there are very RUDE to the customers.
please help me with this problem.
