Bought a Murphy Richards Microwave from Croma in Nov 2012. The very first day I made microwave popcorn and started seeing flames coming out of the microwave. Called Croma, they said contact Morphy directly (BTW had taken 2 years extended warranty in addition to regular 2 years warranty that comes with this microwave). Calling Morphy Richards a couple of times, they sent one person to take a look at this. He came and told us not to make popcorn in the microwave!! I am talking about microwaveable popcorn!! If you do not make that what the hell is the microwave for?
So he comes and puts some whitener on the appliance. And this happens the very next day when we were trying to make a papad. Called him again..
and he comes and does the same thing again. In the meanwhile, Croma fails to do anything. They were like call the company directly.
Will never ever buy anything from Croma again. If you f**king do now want to provide any after sales service, who wants to buy there?
