I purchased blackberry on 3rd May'12, model blackberry curve 9220. after 2-3 months it started getting switched off automatically during short intervals. I visited blackberry service centre at lajpat nagar and they updated the software but after 1 month same problem happend and i visited nehru place service centre and they dint help. Finally I reached to Noida service centre and they asked me to pay 750/- just to check the problem and i had to pay for the problem... I am not satisfied with the service and i want my money back as my phone is not working... i bought this phone for INR 10, 800
