I have order for a mobile on rediff on 3rd jan order no. (7664188) which I have recieved on 7th jan.this product is not matching as per specification.i have make mails, call to the rediff.vide complaint no.(Rediff=013-213-635')from that day everyday I am making calls emails & sending the pic of the product.till date the issue is not been resolve, i want to file a case plz let me know the address to file a case.
