I called the service center for a servicing for my Music system on the mid of August and was told that an engineer will visit on the coming Friday. On Aug 20 I took a leave from my office and waited the whole morning when no Sony engineer turned up I called and was given a number to directly call the service engineer who told me that he will be attending the system at around 3PM At 4 PM when he didnt come I called again and was told that it will be difficult to attend that day and a11 AM Sunday time was given.
On Sunday I waited till 2 PM and called the service center again and was told that the engineer is on his way. Till 6 PM when nobody come I called and was told that too much work prevented him from coming.
The went on for a few more days and I stopped calling them. Finally the engineer from Sony visited me on 12th September and took the set away.
I received a call on 24th September that the set has been repaired and shall be delivered on 25th. I called again to confirm (one Kuldeep confirmed that he will be delivering the set the same day). Again I took early leave and came to home. When no body turned up till 4 PM I called the service station and was told that the engineer has already left and I waited and waited but no one came.
