I brought a vacuum cleaner of eureka forbes in November. I requested for a demo and then there was a promise to be done in 3 days. After 2 weeks I called again and there was same promise but till today no one turned, inspite of my repeated calls.

And than I wanted dustbag for the same vacuum cleaner and I called customer care and I was asked to vist their office in ameerpet and I went and brought the bag after explaining the model. But the office guys gave me the wrong bag. I have not used the vacuum cleaner till now.
