Very poor service

We had purchased a double door fridge from whirlpool India during end august. Till that period we had been using kelvinator make fridge. Due to family & friends advice we decided to go in for a different make and hence this decision. The product was a double door 5 star fridge named Professional. For one year the machine was spot on. Then now it has started showing what it is made of. We feel that in the cloak of MNC these products get stars. All spares are costly and quite frequently they may fail. Just 10days back my fridge didn't do its work .. just no cooling. the service man came changed this & that charged me - . He demanded some number given by the call center (satisfaction code). I told him is that not optional. The satisfaction should come naturally. He just left. Within 10 days the machine again broke down. Now after booking a complaint no one turns up for more than 24 hrs. I call back twice but was told this man will come and that man will come. They gave me two names of which both never turned up. Then with all my family members on my neck I called up and asked for liaison officer and was connected to Ms Geetha. After some

sweet talk she promised me some relief. One gentleman showed up after3 hours by which time I called My local (Chennai T nagar) and got it done within 1/2 hour.By which time all preserved material kept inside had fouled up.. Still I am not sure when the product will collapse. Thanks Whirlpool for giving me such a good product and coupled such good service..
