The above item was bought in march. It was delivered in April. Right from day one it did not worked. I have been sending them mails asking them to replace the battery as it is not getting charged. Finally they insisted and i returned the material in it's original packing. After two month of follow up they say the unit has been damaged by me. I bought it because i have studied in Switzerland, lived in that country and had very high regards. I paid 96 Euro for this and they have finally behaved worst than the worst suppliers in the world.
Similarly in october I purchased from them "Infinite" device to use two sim in one mobile. It also did not worked as mentioned and they refused to refund or give support.
I HEREBY INFORM ALL CONCERNED THAT Stancom HAS NO BUSINESS ETHICS. THEY ARE CHEATS AND LOOTING PEOPLE WORLD OVER. PLEASE BE AWARE OF IT.
Stancom HAS NOT ONLY SPOILT THEIR NAME BUT HAVE CHANGED THE PICTURE OF SWITZERLAND IN MY HEART.
