The customer care executives are not fully exposed to what all the services they provide.
I have asked how to activate BB Services and they answer about Mobile Office and Airtel Live and diverting me to technical team.
When I call the technical team they are asking to activate BB services through Customer care people.
Got the details to activate but am getting a response unable to process try again after 24 hours.
How many 24 hrs should i wait to get a service for which am going to pay?
