Deactivbation of sim inspite of submission of praticulars thrice

I bought an airtel sim on feb 18 with a freedom plan.i submitted my particulars instantly when i bought the sim.10 days later my sim got deactivated.i went to airtel office and they asked me to resubmit my particulars which i did twice.its almost amonth now my sim has not been activated. when i called customer care the response wasnt at all positive . they just ask me to go again and submite details and wait for activation.i have charge in the sim and offer too yet because of deactivation i am unable to utilise the services. i tried calling customer care again yet no response. my number is 8978372754.i just hope airtel people consider this and look upon my issue.
