Cut my balance without any call

Dear Chair Person

Sir/Madam

I have a Air Tel Conn. this no. 9998191302 of my brother named (Ashoksinh)

When I saw my prepaid balance on 16-03, it is Rs. 8 only, I Shock!! My previous balance was Rs.78, then I phone customer services but they couldn't help.

I don't any call on that day then how cut my balance.

So please you take step if necessary. If you can returning my balance so please get back.
