Loss of 90 paise each day

Hi. My name is Krishna Mohan. Ive been loosing 90 paise every day from my airtel prepaid balence for no reason... It just randomly shows "last call cost .90 Rs" or it shows "last call cost .30Rs" thrice a day at different times. Its been happening for about two months and the customer care service simply said that I've activated their service.. But when i ask them what service have i activated then they just says hold the line for a minute so that they can analyse but after a few minutes they says that i have no services activated and hangs up the phone without letting me speak a word...

I am using iPhone 3G. I am a student doing B.Com..., I even tried sending STOP message to 121 but then they replies "Kindly note there are no services active on your AIrtel number. To 'START' a service, SMS 'START' to 121...

Then why am I loosing money each day???

Please help me as ive lost so much already in a period of more than a month.
