Automatic subscription to extra services

Dear sirs,

My mobile number is 9651923025. It has automatically subscribed to a few extra services. For example, I was recently subscribed to BollyHindi at Rs. 10/day.

I tried getting in touch with one of your representatives but couldn't get through.

Kindly remove any such extra services from my number and credit the amount to my account as soon as possible.
