Shifting of Airtel DTH services from Gurgaon to Ahmedabad

My self Vikrant Swaroop, I m using Airtel DTH services from last 2 years

Now my concern is that i have make a request to customer care on 15.04.2010 for shifting of my connection from Gurgaon (Haryana) to Ahmedabad (Gujarat)

My Customer ID is 3000136877

My Complained ID is 2422112.

But almost 4 days gone i have not received any output from air tel side

and they are not giving proper reply on this regards

and every day the amount is deductted from my account.

kindly resolve this issue
