INSTALLATION OF HD STB

I have requested to upgrade my normal dth connection to HD connection my

customer id is 3001409757 . as per conversation with rupesh customer

care exicutive it will be done on 26 march till 5:00pm, i have done

the payment of Rs 2250 by OTP, transaction ID is 14220140

but till now i dont have any info no body call me, when i try to get

info from cutomer care, they says the cant say any thing as system

upgradation is going on, i am tryning from last 4 hours but evry time

same answer system upgradation is going on.

AS I SPENT APRROX 300 MINUTE ON CUTOMER CARE FROM YESTERDAY, BUT TILL

NO INFORMATION AND NO SOLUTION

I TRIED MANY TIME TO CONTACT CUTOMER CARE BUT AFTER LITTLE CONVERSATION

THEY PUT ME ON HOLD AND THEN AFTER 25 MINUTE THEY DISCONNECT THE PHONE

AFTER SO MANY EFFORTS I GOT THE NO. OF MR. ADARSH (9729844101), HE TOLD

ME THAT IT WILL BE DONE TILL 3:30PM

AFTER THAT I GOT A CALL FROM CUTOMER CARE THE CUSTOMER CARE EXICUTIVE

GIVE ME SAME INFORMATION THAT INSTALLATION WILL BE DONE TIL 3:30PM

BUT TLL NOW NO BODY CALL ME AND NO PERSON VISIT TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE

PLZ SUGGEST WHAT TO DO
