This is my 2nd time for the same complaint..
I got my Airtel HD TV connection disconnected on 15th Nov and I am yet to receive any update on my Refund. Everytime I call Airtel at 12150, they escalate my call and nothing happens after that. 'its been almost a month but no go. This is getting really annoying as I receive a call and then everyone forgets about the action on the same.
