Can't deactivate

Dear sir/madam,

I want to deactivate Airtel mobile tv it cost Rs. 40/week since April last week.

Is no one there to stop this service because it is not only me many other customer also facing the same problem. This Airtel mobile tv service ought to be updated and unsubscribe those who don't want.
