Not changing in normal of any mobile callrates 50paise tariff

Dear Sir,

on 29 th october i recharged Rs.53/- through customer care with less roaming charges but i didnot get any information about change in the tariff

now outgoing call for airtel to airtel is 50paise per minute and for other network if 60 paise per minute now earlier it was 39 pasie for airtel and 50 paise for other networks

i need to change to my old tariff itself how can i get that??

i enquired customer care and came to know that this is not possible

kindly provide a solution for me

i am using airtel since from 9 years
