The Dealer of the company was given a credit card for payment of combo offer of LG microwave LG vacuum cleaner for Rs. 5999/-. The buyer had a card which was offering 10% payment on purchase during that festive season. But the dealer insisted on taking on the other credit card and assured that 5% rebate shall be given on that card and he charged 2% extra on the bill. But the buyer did not get the rebate in the bills of the credit card. The dealer was contacted but he refused to talk. The buyer has incurred a loss of 10% (in case of the card he offered for payment) 2% charged extra by the dealer. A total of 12%.
