I Jagadesh has purchased LG Washing Machine in the name of Mrs. Burma Rani Surulivelu (Model 9251) for Rs 6500/- from Kellys Chennai – 600 007 in the month of October.

The product cargo was delivered on time. But Surprisingly, Dryer in the washing machine was not in working Condition at the time of delivery. We have lodged a complaint with Show room dealer Vide complaint No. B2000845. But there was no reply from the customer support. When i very frequently call the team everyday, (Phone No. 26193751 ) - the reply was simple and cool “ SERVICE ENGINEER WILL ATTEND YOUR CALL TODAY”. But the service person never turned Up...

I was terrificly fed up with your HORRIBLE SERVICE. At the time of purchase, your sales person commit 1000 positive words about your products and service after sales. But in reality, the quality of service is very poor!

We thought of buying many more products from LG but we are really fed up with the poor service and we already given up that idea!

Hope LG's After sales team will focus only on BIG Customers who is purchase for High Value products!

In view of the above I am compel to write to you and to the company for quick solution and for early response.

Yesterday 26th Nov i have spoken with customer service and assured that my complaint will be attended on 26th itself. But as usual no person turned up..

Today 27th Nov i have called Customer Service Ms. Priya (Toll free No.1800 180 9999) by 9.15 A.M but the response is very very poor.

She doesn't want to listen whats the customer says and As usual, she simply giving cool words “ “ SERVICE ENGINEER WILL ATTEND YOUR CALL TODAY”

I think LG Customer serice team is useless and peoples in the customer service should learn how to behave with customers?

Thanks LG..i have learned HOW NOT TO GIVE POOR SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS & THE WAY WE SHOULD NOT TREAT OUR CUSTOMERS!
