I am kalyanaraman, i booked a airtel digital tv hd connection on 19th april (14658525 reference no. for the transaction), i got a message from you stating my account no as 3007734501 after that no one from your side contacted me and i have been talking to your customercare executives for a long time but no proper reply from them, i want my product to be delivered by today otherwise i dont want the product because the girl who contacts me and done the transaction said tat the product will be delivered in 72hrs time, i think its already over, so i f you pupils did't deliver the product today i wont allow u to install it in my home and i will take this issue to the consumer court.note down the pupils in tamilnadu are not fools if you continue to treat customers in this way u cant sell not even a single product in tamilnadu. I got a local Regional manager number but he is not ready to answer me his no.9566307862.
