Hi,
I bought LG split AC 3KR2 on 7th April from Electronics Paradise North Exclusive LG shop at E-57, Vikas Marg, Luxmi Nagar and the invoice number is VM/R-109.
The company sent the engineer to install, but the engineer was so arrogant. I asked to install the AC on the different wall but he fitted it on the other wall wherever he wished and he charged me Rs. 880 including the service tax Rs. 81.
When i complaint him for the same, he assured me that he can reinstall it anytime without any cost if i face any issue.
But now i am facing problem with my AC because the engineer installed the AC's wire in the way of ventilator and the rat has chewed that wire as i was afraid of and this is why i was asking him to fit the AC on the other wall so that the wire can go to other way.
When i called the LG customer service for this issue, they said that they will resolve it but did not send any engineer in the last two days.
After two days and so many phone calls, when the engineer came this evening, he said that it will cost me RS. 1000/- .
I refused him to give a single penny as it was not my fault. I was given wrong information by the engineer. I already made the complaint and the number for the same is RNA 110416041445.
Kindly look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
