Dear Sir/Madam,
As I have purchased two APC inverters & battery through tambaram Viveks on 9th Mar. but till date there is a problem in installing the same. After lot of phone calls from various person in viveks as well as APC installation team. One fellow has came yesterday for installation and said that there is no provision here so first you do proper wiring and then we will do like that told and went back, please note that In my apartment, inverter wiring also done properly already 4 persons are having same inverter in their home. After calling lot many times from my side also, they are not willing to come here. Response is bad they are not picking up my call and they are treating customers as a beggar, they says that we are busy you do whatever you want.
Kindly consider this and take an action on this.
