Poor customer orientation, service

My family has been loyal customers to Domino Pizza for many years. The service in Hyderabad was always good.

Now I'm in Bangalore, we ordered Pizza from Dominos. The call was routed and thereafter the order was taken by Rajajinagar branch - Ms Reena at 1332 hrs with the promise to deliver in 30 minutes. After one hour when there was no delivery; I called up and the lady promised to check and call me back. At 1429hrs I was forced to call the vendor - Mr Babu took the call. I was told that they will deliver the fresh pizza in 20 minutes which was not kept up. I was told there is nothing I can do but to wait for another 30 minutes!

I was forced to eat bread jam to address my hunger pangs when the ordered food didnot come even after reminders! Calling the Domino office in Bangalore to give a complaint is no use as no one picks the telephone - 080-25720347/8/9. As the last resort, I logged a complain online at the Domino website reference no-30227.

This whole experience has made me resolve never to trust/call Domino Pizza ever again.
