I have made an online order to deliver the pizza at my home (Vasundhara). The first time I have made an order the same was rejected to due some technical reason. I again tried but the order was rejected this time also. After getting the order rejected, I made an order offline and dot the pizza delivered at my address and made the payment for the same.
The another day I checked my credit card and to my suprise the amount was charged by Dominos two time and there was one entry for refund. After going through my credit card statement I have called Dominos (Kaushambhi) managers (Mr. Shailendra & Ms. Puja) numerous time but all in vain. They are even not entertaining my request.
Pls take appropriate action against the people
