Non acceptance of orde

I resident of Mankhurd tried to order Pizza from Dominos Chembur on phone but they rejected the order becoz my area does not come in their radius but still my colony is in their list (Anushaktinagar).

They can accept the order placed in my colony but just because my building is little far in anushaktinagar they rejected it so wat difference does it make???

What kind of service they r offering?? We would hve paid for the order so y did they rejected it???

So i expect a quick action into this matter n waiting for ur response.
