I ordered a Veg combo with garlic bread, lavazza & pepsi. Called in to the store never ordered at dominios before (30/05, 8:15 PM)
The operator transfered to another line who disconnected my call the next time i called they put me on hold & was attending another call it took me 40 mins just order. They were in such hurry to wrap up, they never wanted to know if i had anything else to order. After the order was taken they slammed down the phone without saying anything.
However i expected a delay as it was sunday & raining. I never got a call from them until 10:00, i called up several time to get hung up on or no answer (brilliant team, they know out of expereince what to expect). Finally one guy called up saying that he was just 5 minutes away & would be coming, it took him 30 minutes to come.
All the above is excused though i was sitting hungry from 1:50 mins.
Next... the guy comes in & handovers the pizza the pizza is all wet & cold (i never saw this as i was in hurry to take the order). There are no suffcient chilli flakes no sauce/ketchup.
No Jalapeno cheese dip. I had to eat it cold. The tase was pathetic. I was not able to eat it completely had to share it with my dog.
Dominos apathy towards its customer & lax attitude to quality of food is unpardonable. They need to shut shop, i am going to write to the concerned authorities in the Govt (i dont know if its going to make any diffrence)
I dont know if writing here would help, i just want to make sure nobody faces this problem.
I am planning of suing these guys, i dont know whom to contact & how to approach can somebdy guide me.
